We present a case of with evidence by banding karyotype, FISH, PCR, rare microgranular promyelocytes significant basophilia detected on marrow aspirate, an ETV6 missense mutation molecular diagnostic testing. patient underwent treatment isotretinoin (ATRA) arsenic trioxide (ATO) attainment morphologic remission end induction.
